I badly want to learn how to use this film camera! Kuya showed this to me the moment I entered in my Lola’s house.
This is an old camera but for me, this is so NEW!
Did you know?
The Pentax K1000 was released in 1976 by the Asahi Optical Company. The last model with that marquee rolled down the assembly line in 1997, an amazing 21-year production span. @_@ (source)
The Pentax K1000 is one of photography’s greatest, most popular and longest-lived cameras.
Yesterday’s favorite subject, AJ.
There is something about antique tones I will never get tired of. Black and White, Sepia, Film Grain, etc. Yesterday, I was in the mood, haha.

Oh btw, she just graduated from high school. This is my way of saying congratulations! Welcome to the new world, college. (:

AJ always remember this, “Life develops what it demands - the toughest path creates the strongest warrior. Pray not for a lighter load, but for stronger shoulders.”

MyStyle: Print on Print
What I wore to PFW Day 4?
So I tried these mixed prints or the so-called Print on Print trend when I attended the PFW for Gerry Katigabak’s show. (more about that on my next posts)
back to my outfit…

I super love the vintage vibe prints of this blazer, so unique.

This pair is one of my comfortable shoes! I can run with this baby, seriously.
Girls, remember this:
Black shoes, specifically black heels, are a wardrobe necessity worth investing in. They go with everything, from your little black dress to your favorite dark-wash jeans, and instantly add sexiness and glamour to every outfit. —(Sarah of Binghamton University)

Accessories & Green tube skort all from PEPZ; heels from Charles & Keith; vintage printed buttoned down used as blazer; black chain purse from local department store
Now, what do you think of the combination?
According to FemaleNetwork:
Still, you can’t just pile on the prints and expect them to blend into a congruent whole without a little effort. The mixed prints look should always appear deliberate and well-executed, rather than random; this is what spells the difference between organized fashion chaos and bag lady-wear. Attention to color, texture, and inspiration also factors into a successful print-on-print outfit—otherwise, all you’re left with is a hot mess.

Thank you Karla for my outfit photos. <3
shameless plugging: Like the green tube skort? visit: PEPZ :)
What do you think?
Do you agree that a fabulous black heel is a great investment piece? Would you wear any of the outfits or pieces shown?
